Just ugh. I'm going back to sleep. I'm gonna still end up watching it so all this nerd rage is for naught but FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK.As the series follows an alternate continuity, there are crucial differences in the main characters. With an exception of Superboy, the line-up has completely changed — drawing influences from Teen Titans (another teenaged superhero team and the oldest one in DC Comics history), the Young Justice comics line-up, and other DC Comics characters. Robin is Dick Grayson rather than Tim Drake, despite the former wearing the latter's version of the costume. Kid Flash/Wally West replaces Impulse/Bart Allen (who also served as the second incarnation of Kid Flash) as the team's Speed Force-influenced superhero. Aqualad, as opposed to Robin, is the leader of the team. Artemis was originally Arrowette. Some of the Young Justice characters' ages are tweaked from those of their original counterparts. Jackson Hyde as Aqualad in DC Comics has dreadlocked dark hair and dark eyes, in contrast to his television series counterpart's blond hair and bright blue eyes.
