There comes a point in every ls where you have take the training wheels off, personally i ran one of the most long standing ls's on gilgamesh (emerald) and the key is delegation as most have said. Also i have found that the leader should never look at the money/gilsplit aspect of things and if possible not run individual events unless you have personal ambition for something specific. Every event should be run by 2-3 people, leader/party maker, point taker/gil splitter. LS treasury eventually get abused/get lost/mismanaged so each event should have its own split to be easier to manage. Being the LS leader you should try to just be a General manager and just deal with "escalated drama" and cut people who are constant drama. Also, if point taking management become an issue you can change over to a general point system that eyeballs monthly or quarterly attendance... key is to remain fair.
