going all vape for the sake of my lungs, stepped my game up irl. will be completely self employed in a year or less, stacking up my time investments while i can. developing a program/blog + secret project that should cut the learning curve of the guitar by 5 years or more (going from day 1-year 5/6+++ within 3-6 months depending on the person's time investment level), as well as creating a lot of information that isn't available to the mass public without MASSIVE time/money investments. it's a ton of work.

finished arranging my first original composition after about 8 months of working on it, feels like a weights been lifted. it's all fingerstyle, have 2 other ones queued up that are fingerstyle too, and 2 that are more modern electric metal/rock/alt/prog/hip hop/r&b influenced...hard to describe, but those are my main influence so they've all kinda coalesced together to form my current style.

have an invention that should change the way people that play hybrid fingerpicking/flatpicking alternate between the two mediums with extreme ease (no more pick in mouth/on lap), while still allowing speedy transitions between the two, as well as retaining optimum pick angles and agility (and comfort).

after this is all taken care of and on autopilot, next step is real estate investments + learning how to maintain, repair, restore and build cars cause i know dicksquat bout that. maybe attending a musical school but i dropped out of cc in a pretty bad way so it'll prolly take a while to get my street cred back if ya namsayin

Stopped smoking since my lungs couldn't handle it anymore. Been baking my weed for the last week and this shit is way better than smoking for so many reasons : I use slightly less than I did when I used to smoke (about an oz a month), which when I bake cookies, actually nets me 36 cookies / 14grams. I split my dough into 3 balls, and I'll cook those 3 balls within 2 weeks. With 2 cookies I've been stoned for about 5 hours, and I usually take them as a snack in the afternoon with a cup of tea, so I'm only stoned at around 6-7pm (takes 2-3 hours to really kick in).

I have about 8 different recipes I can alternate so I don't get bored of the same cookies, and I'll probably invent some just for the heck of it.

Sounds yummy. I have a brownie sitting in the fridge I plan on eating on Saturday. We made 6 brownies total out of 1/2 Oz. Maybe I shouldn't eat the whole thing in one sitting then haha.

I've come to the conclusion I really don't like getting stoned anymore either. Pleasantly high is where I want to be, nothing more. Need to get rid of my bong, that shit puts people to sleep and has made multiple people throw up after hitting it, just too much. My shitty little wooden pipe with a big screen has become my favorite piece ever. Conserves weed like crazy, no pulling in too hard & obv no snapping it prematurely.

that's pretty much where I'm at too, just a few hits from a tiny bowl, once or twice a day. Somehow my tolerance has gone down with age (or weed has gotten a lot stronger in the last 10 years) or I just don't enjoy getting ridiculously stoned anymore. I think I can make an 8th last 10-14 days now...

What I'm looking for is a glass pipe that has a TINY bowl (like about the size of a pencil eraser, maybe a bit bigger) because the metal one I've been using gets clogged sooooo often.

ok, thats what i got from a head shop website, but my question is, while it looks like a good idea, how strong is the magnet to hold it together, and how fast would it become unusable because of resin

It's pretty damn strong, if you have this and a lighter in your pocket it will pull the lighter to the magnet and you do need a decent tug to get it off. It has a good seal around it, and for washing you can toss it in your dish washer to clean it (he said dont toss it in with anything else or it could stain it)

but you could do the good just pour some boiling water over it to clean it out.

has a tube that can hold about a gram, poker to clean out pipe, removable bottom to clean bowl, and cover all in one
and being milled out of solid brass it doesnt really get too hot for a metal pipe

According to an advance copy of the agency's regulation obtained by City Pages, five of the most commonly used compounds in fake-pot products like K2 and Spice will be added to the list of Schedule-1 drugs under the Controlled Substances Act, effective March 1.
Synthetic marijuana, described in our cover story last summer, has exploded into a multi-million-dollar industry over the past year. In response, 18 states have already banned the products, and others including Minnesota have legislation pending.

"This action is based on a finding by the Administrator that the placement of these synthetic cannabinoids into Schedule I of the CSA is necessary to avoid an imminent hazard to public safety," reads the document, which is dated February 18 and signed by Michele M. Leonhart, the DEA administrator.
Tomorrow's action by the DEA will immediately squash the booming industry, changing possession of synthetic marijuana products from a legitimate over-the-counter product to a felony drug offense overnight.
Marc Kurzman, a lawyer representing four Minnesota head shops in a lawsuit to block the DEA regulation, says merchants will have to quickly dispose of their once-legal product or risk turning into a criminal at midnight.
"By end of today, all of my clients will have photographed, tested, weighed and destroyed these substances," Kurzman says of the head shops' attempts to stay above board.
Wally Sak, owner of the Hideaway in Dinkytown, said his shop is trashing its entire stock of synthetic pot.
Smoke it if you got it: tomorrow this becomes contraband.
"We're throwing out everything we have, about $50,000 worth," Sak said. "It's a lot of money, but I don't want to become a felon tomorrow."
Jim Carlson, owner of The Last Place on Earth in Duluth, says his store will rush to sell out its remaining product with a fire sale tonight before the new regulation goes into effect.
"We're staying open until midnight," Carlson said. "If all goes well, we'll have sold it all in time. It's about $20,000 worth of stock."
The DEA first telegraphed its intention to schedule the substances last year, but held off on implementing the Final Order after the Minnesota shops sued to block the ban.
The stores lost in federal district court, but appealed the decision. On Friday, the Eighth Circuit denied their appeal. Kurzman says he will file a further appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court by the end of the week.
"They may not like the flavor it comes in, but this is exactly the kind of case Clarence Thomas has said he's looking for," Kurzman says. "The question here is whether a single bureaucrat can turn everyone into felons overnight."
