He has a slow output, the past few years, there's only been one book a year. Though iirc, his chapter's page counts are a bit higher than standard.

They come out at about the same speed as chapters of Tenjou Tenge. Though Miura doesn't have the same excuse as Oh!Great has of doing both Air Gear and Tenjou Tenge at once.

And Kia, that's nothing. the original Ragnarok manhwa has been on hiatus for near a decade, and only a fifth of the planned series has been made. Damn Lee Myung-jin he needs to get the fuck off Gravity Corp art duty.

His output used to better but then he got sick and he takes like a billion hiatuses and then he got addicted to making Idolmaster videos for like a year. I don't even think he was addicted to playing, just making videos.

Stuff like that is cute, but I don't think it is necessary true. I still don't know what is up with the delays to be honest. I doubt it is just image quality(which we can honestly say with some of the semi-recent "episodes" is simply ahead of the pack). It doesn't matter much for new readers. You have something like 200-220 pages per volume and there are roughly 34 volumes worth of chapters.

I have no idea how much of Berserk is left. It could go either way. We've got at least 10 years(and that is if I am right in thinking the stage for the finale is being set) I think unless the pace picks up.

the guy makes a ton of money off his mangas though. he sits and home and plays videogames with absolutely no deadline whatsoever on his updates. must be great. and i think this came out in 1988. one year after i was born. so its been about 22 years

nvm: he started the pilot and rough draft in 1988, but was actually published in 1990. so its been about 20 years

ill be honest, i still havent read the beginning completely. does it show anything with Caska, BRP?

So I finally downloaded the Berserk PS2 game and began running it on an emulator. Problem is, it doesn't run so well(lots of graphic issues and cutscenes are blank. Plus slowdown and stuff). It is not suppose to be a hard game to run, so I hope experimenting will get me a solid experience.
