I don't play on PS3 because I don't want to cheat or receive an advantage. I do so because it's comfortable and what I've been working with for years.

I'm not sure about you spellcast fags but I play on PC and I'm still potentially clicking up to three macros at a time to perform a single action on RDM. I don't feel it slows me down at all.

Been there, done that. If I didn't take such good care of my hands nowadays I'd be extremely likely to develop additional problems at a very early age. In a discussion of gameplay advantages, it's a minimal factor. In a discussion of global advantages, it's potentially huge.

I don't think that Avesta is famous because he's highly skilled (which surely he is) or well geared (which also he is), but simply because he just happens to be the guy who does the soloing. It doesn't really matter whether or not he plays on PS2 or PC, or uses Windower/Spellcast or does not. He'd probably be just as famous if he did use Windower and Spellcast simply because, as I said, he just happens to be the guy who does the soloing. (Not to say that I could copy his feats; I have no interest in learning how to do so therefore I am incapable of doing so, and perhaps incapable of interest in doing so as well.)

Windower surely gives an advantage to people playing on a PC over people playing on PS2/3. But I don't think the solution is to scorn the people playing on PC by stating that the ones on PS2/3 are more skillful from not using Windower. I think the solution is to scorn the ones playing on PS2/3 for being too dumb to not play on the much more convenient PC/Windower combination (sarcasm).

I find it funny that people think it's so hard to solo on RDM without windower macros... I did all sky triggers, cactrot rapido, etc on shitty PS2 with lag. It may be a disadvantage but I felt that it was part of the challenge to make clever macros with hardly any space.

I'm sorry but when did RDM solo'ing even become hard? If you have proper gear/merits/common sense, anything that is soloable should be easily doable if you've got half a brain. For some it takes some practice, but I've yet to see anything challenging that a RDM can do.
