Could you make them links for everyone's name for easy clicky rather than reading posts?

And maybe have them in descending order from when they're names are added rather than so when we come back to check thread we can see whos newly added and click their name

edit: Also only change their name to a URL if they provide it probably easier for you

Whats the url code so it deisplays the name of the link rather than hyperlink text?
