Odd for two reasons, it "changed" and that a merited spell caused it to !!. Both of which don't normally seem to happen ever.

There have been at least two reports of Slow II proccing !!s. There has also been a few reports of multiple spells causing triggers on the same NM (there's one of Chukwa earlier where the guy claims Blizzard 3 and 4 both caused !!s.) That particular report is the first report of Dia II procing a !! though.

I thought the merit spells procced if the NQ equivalent did. IE: Slow2<>Slow, Dia3<>Dia2, Freeze2<>Freeze. Every offensive merittable spell is a higher tier of an existing spell.

Been doing stuff alot with JP, random groups and one friend, and we've been able to proc the yellow !! pretty consistantly, says the prevelant theory is the previous elemental day, current elemental day, and next elemental day. (i.e: If you're on Darksday, you want light, dark and fire elemental spells to proc it, the rest aren't gonna do anything).

Take it with a grain of salt.

From yesterday: Flare on darksday, banish 2 on darksday. Then later: flash on lightsday, dispel on lightsday. Its still a large number of spells to go through limited like this, but its feasible with just 3 elements.

I had one Raskovnik that I proc'd green !! with drain, a few de-agro's later it proc'd on aspir, and later it proc'd on Bio2. I don't remember what day it was that he pop'd.
