There is a pic on here with a rng triggering blue with the newish archery WS, so can add that I suppose.

Tested a few things this game night, Tsuko had Khalamari claimed(like 16:00 or earlier) and deaggroed it intentionally at 22:15. I claimed at 22:20, procced with Howling Fist(one of the last ws tried). Deaggro/reclaim resets WS. Killed asap, rushed to Lacovie. Popped at 5:50, procced with Judgment at like 9:30. Time changing doesn't change WS.
Got another galea/belt off of the Lacovie(seperate from one mentioned earlier), only Varangian Helm on Khalamari.
Obligatory, "fuck Khalamari". Weakness triggered, TH6, and no neck.
._.;
Raging fist and spinning attack is being report by jp.
Edit: skewer and heavy shot
Edit2: cross reaper
Didn't see it on the list but we've had plenty of !! with Evisceration.
Not to revisit the whole Failure/Nynja argument, but are you certain on when it spawned? I know some insist it's tied exclusively to claim, but I'm more of the opinion the code's nested somewhere in the change of states between Dead/Respawn and Active/Passive where I consider Dead and Active the same, Dead's just HP at 0%, invisible, unmoving, etc.. Difference between Respawn and Passive being one starts at full health while the other would gradually regenerate if it needed to. Otherwise, both go to their wandering/aggro'able state and can later be manipulated by players.
Easiest way to debunk this would be to find a free spawn NM that spawned during slashing time, but wait until blunt to claim. If blunt WS don't trigger it, go back to slashing and see if they do the trick. If inclined, reset it then and see if it adjusts to the current time of reclaim. Popped NMs won't work for the initial test since I put them in the Dead/Respawn category with their aggro time cut to instant (instead of the few seconds a newly popped mob may wander before you can act).
I've personally seen Cross Reaper land !! on Eve.Code:6:00-14:00 - Piercing Bow Sidewinder Empyreal Arrow Arching Arrow Blast Arrow Dagger Shadowstitch Viper Bite Dancing Edge Shark Bite Evisceration Xbow Slug Shot Blast Shot Heavy Shot Detonator Polearm Skewer Wheeling Thrust Impulse Drive 14:00-22:00 - Slashing Axe Rampage Mistral Axe Decimation G.Axe Full Break Raging Rush Steel Cyclone Keen Edge G.Sword Spinning Slash Ground Strike GKT Tachi: Yukikaze Tachi: Gekko Tachi: Kasha Katana Blade: Ten Blade: Ku Scythe Cross Reaper Spiral Hell Sword Flat Blade Vorpal Blade Savage Blade 22:00-6:00 - Blunt Club Skullbreaker True Strike Judgment Hexa Strike Black Halo H2H Raging Fists Spinning Attack Howling Fist Dragon Kick Asuran Fists Staff Heavy Swing Shell Crusher Full Swing Spirit Taker Retribution

70?
Biggest category is slashing with 7, 7x5 = 35.
Evis does land. They post it but I thought I already have it. Sorry.
I'm not sure I understand the point of your assertion, then. The system is so easily controlled with our current understanding, why complicate it when we have nothing to gain from doing so?
I'll go through my log and see what I can find. Won't be able to give you vana'diel time and elemental day (unless you can convert it) but can get you Ws.
