Its always been referred to as JP wiki?
when i say other wiki i didnt meant the jp one, i was just saying most of wiki.ffxiclopedia.org is from here.
and the jp wiki you posted the content was only recently updated from here.
http://desktop2ch.net/ogame/1287745547/?f&fromheader
that was #6 (they make new thread every 1001 post)
i was following it since #3.
sorry to break it to you, i have already translated this like 15 pages ago.
i credit what i find to hezzel, he first posted that jp found something on page 43, so i did some search from that direction and found that website. and we are at where we are today.
and then some.
Nothing really new here, but I was fighitng quasimodo, and I triggered weakness as it was curled up pre-Shadow Burst, just incase anyone thinks various mob stances may constitute as TP moves.
I saw a Taisai drop RDM seals last night. I don't have a SS though.
Some of these triggers are a bit of bullshit. Used EVERY WS on ironclad Pulverizer last night and nothing. Used them multiple times and still nothing. Killed it then did another pop and we hit it on the second WS we tried. Followed by blue !! first time.
It was while kiting him that we struggled to get the red !!. When we straight tanked him i found it much easier.
I think we will implement the one dd at a time method and only the tank and healers doing work everyone else just build tp and wait until we trigger it.
not to quote anyone, but you guys fucked up.
like cdgreg and many other have already said, giant's normal attack are count as TP move, and you CANNOT proc during a tp move, so if you think striaght tanking him its easier to proc then do that, we find it easier to kite him and as he runs by we WS(no stun).
and unless only Ironclad Pulverizer have exclusive WS only works on him, i have never had any problem procing red on any other mob, ever.
We tried to kite it, but that caused problems trying to get the WS on the run. So we tanked it straight up one time, and after watching it for a bit, if you wait for a TP move, and then run in to WS, and right as it's lowering it's foot(regular tp swing), hit it right as it's foot lands... It counts. We've proc'd red in under 5 minutes three different times now like this.
A fine example of server timing vs client timing vs the lag in between the two. Thank you.
