One thing I noticed about BM is that her 4 core spiderlings do not time out... or they last a long ass time. Is this some sort of bug or have I played HoN for too long to notice.

EDIT: Is there a list of steam users that play DOTA 2? Would rather play with people that know how to play if possible.

I don't know if there is a list but Azuark and myself (steam names same as forum names) like to play with people from BG. Not quite as hardcore as Gred and Vandole... yet.

I play and kind of suck, and love making tryhards rage in pubs. I'm always up for games when I'm on, just be prepared for me to really well if they suck or get stomped like the rest of the pubs.

Lycan,Sylla,Panda etc Chaos Knight is also really popular in the Chinese scene right now as a carry, I always played him innitiator type.

Yeah Lycan is basically a Nightstalker that is ult limited rather than night limited.

But the problem with those heroes is that you can totally dominate, but if you can't push alone and they start holding hands, you *can* lose the game over time. Vandole and I have had so many games with me playing a dominant Night Stalker but being unable to close the deal because we have some retard on Clinkz or Riki or some other super fragile niche carry that doesn't push... then we get owned by Void or Anti-Mage. It's just easier with Death Prophet/Furion/Brood cuz we can force the push two just two.

The Chinese scene favors a lot of STR semi-carries as main carries because it solves the fragility issue (Chaos Knight, Dragon Knight) and they usually come with really powerful stuns.

Instead of necessarily what support/carry hero do you like to play (we would know that from watching streams/tournaments and seeing picks), I'll probably ask about what the underlying logic and strategy is behind their favorite picks and what the current metagame favors. The hero answers and why are going to be fairly obvious Furion/Chen/Veno/Rhasta because of the map control and pushing ability.

I'm trying to get good insight questions that people would find valuable to know regardless of the pro, and not just questions that would only appeal for people interested in that pro in particular.

The idea being both to grow new fans through appreciable insight but also get reads that people who aren't fans would still find valuable as a matter of distilled analysis.

They do time out, I have no idea what you are talking about.

Both Pudge and SS wanted mid... so they both stayed mid. the WD got first blood on Pudge so he raged and tower dived... 14 times. Somehow we still won. Also I can't play Razor.
