Shadow Demon, Viper, Clockwerk, anyone that has a long duration CC that goes through bkb, Diffusal, Heaven's Halbred, Sheep, Orchid. The best one is definitely Viper with Scepter at lower levels of play.

It doesn't but the idea is that you can focus him down really quickly while he's sheeped. He's not that tanky when he's not recovering HP by eating you. Blink CC can really screw over carries that isn't careful.
