Also anyone wanna take a shot at what Gillian and Nucky's relationship is? He certainly isn't fucking around regarding her, he showed Lucky that much

From the latest episode my guess would be that since Nucky had such a shitty childhood/father and no kids of his own is that he saw something in Jimmy as a child that reminded him of himself and wanted to give him what his father didn't. Also agree the diner scene was epic, saw it coming from the minute it started but it was still amazing.

Loved the last episode, god damn is this show great. That picture of Nucky standing in front of the house as the shit burns to the ground was awesome, im surprised he didnt toss his dad in there too lol. Looks like his loser brother is gunna make some power plays coming up, should be interesting.

Phantom of the opera guy is freaky as hell, an awesome twist in the characters mix. Jimmy is so weird, he seemed to adore that girl, but he is one stone cold mother fucker when it comes to killing people. Whenever he does bust out with the war stories they are pretty good. Im kind of tired of seeing Jimmy's wife, although she and her girlfriend were pretty hot. Making a drinking game with titties is a fantastic idea haha.

Jimmy was being investigated for the murder from the 1st episode. The Fbi has been in comminicated with Jimmy's wife for a few episodes. Can't wait for the next few episodes, it's gonna get gangsta. Jimmy gonna go crazy.

Holy shit, tonight's episode was pretty crazy. Leaves a lot of questions that I'm sure can't all be answered in the season finale...

What is Jimmy going to do with his wife?
What is going to happen to Van Aulden? Can't believe he drown that dude right there...
Where did Margaret go?
Was it really Jimmy's mom trying to kill his dad, and what will come of that? Especially if his dad becomes healthy again...

After all the previews of the Margaret and Nucky's fight I totally expected to be totally on her side by the end of it, but HOLY SHIT, Nucky fucking wrecked her hypocrisy.

I don't think Jimmy is gonna do much to his wife this season at least, the suspicions between the two of them is too strong of a plot not to be explored in a longer arc.

I think in teh short term Van Alden is going to try and take things into his own hands and act outside the Bureau's purview w/ regards to Nucky's organization. But he can definitely talk his way out of shit for killing the guy, claiming he was lead out to this remote location to be killed by the other agent since its his anonymous source, etc.

Was it Jimmy's mom that was trying to kill him? If you recall he threw up just like Jimmy did when the maid gave him his medicine or w/e which if its not from this doctor, its safe to assume came from some doctor Nucky set him up with. The growing tension between the two of them makes me think hes the more viable culprit.

And not really sure where Margaret would go, but I would assume its to Van Alden, the head of the temperance league, or back to her old flat.

I thought it was Gillian who was trying to kill him as well. They didn't explicitly say it, but she didn't deny it when Jimmy asked her about it unless I missed it, and she had been seeing him for a while too.

I don't know what to make of FBI agent, between tonight and sleeping with the whore last week it seems like he's just saying fuck it.

I don't think he's going to get away because of how many witnesses there were at the murder, it seems unlikely they would chalk it up to something like the bystander effect to explain not a single person going to the police. I'm getting the vibe that he's gone way too far into the deep end and he's going to go out gun blazing and try to take Nucky out, since he's driving the alcohol trade and because he just wrecked Margaret (unless she turns to him first).

Dude its 1920 and every witness is black. Nobody gives a fuck what they saw. I do agree Alden is going guns blazing.

edit: I think Gillian being the poisoner is a misdirect though, if she is involved she's not the only one. They wouldn't have the Commodore bitching about Nucky in previous episodes, nor have him trying to undermine Nucky w/ Jimmy if Nucky wasn't involved. When Jimmy finds out next week/next season its going to lead to them falling out and shit getting real.

Ya, it did seem weird that he had said Nucky wasn't the right man for the job after he had manipulated and pushed him so much, even getting him to fire Eli. I hope they start putting Harrow in more scenes, the way he had no problems in saying he'd take out all those innocent people just to lure the people out of Philadelphia was incredible, he seems like he is way more of a sociopath than even Jimmy

Van Alden is so crazy it's sad, i can't believe he just killed him in front of all those people (black or not, i think the pastor of a church and his ENTIRE CONGREGATION would be considered legit testimony even in 1920)

Can't imagine where my girl Margaret went, but I'm kinda pissed at her right now... she's being so rash -- not like her to act without thought
