it was a pretty terrible day overall for the non-AQ schools it looks like.
Alabama and Boise St couldn't hold wins. Oregon rolled on an overrated Arizona team.

It wasn't as bad as it seems though. Nevada really showed what a lot of people who follow west coast football already knew - that there was a really good program out in Reno that hasn't gotten the respect it deserved in the last couple of years. Also, that the MWC will be getting a few really good programs in the next 2 years, like I've been saying the whole time.

Yes, it would have been awesome to see Boise State go undefeated and fuck up the BCS again. Most of you are going to continue to LOL at them no matter how they perform, but then again that's also the same people that agree with that douchebag president of Ohio State (who had the type of schedule this season that Boise State had also - only about 2 games that they had any real danger of losing - not having to play MSU and getting shitstomped at Madison)

More credit needs to be given to Nevada for the win last night, they wore out one of the best defenses in the nation. I feel bad for the Broncos, especially Brotzman. They had an impossible task, to prove in a non-AQ conference that they were worthy of their preseason ranking and BCS title aspirations. Too many people hold the opinion that the Ohio State president have, but mainly because they don't know that much about college football. A lot of people know that there is a monster of a football program being run in Boise. Most people just don't want to see it.

Dude if you tackle like Nevada and miss assignments on RB's with the regularity of Nevada in any AQ conference you're going to be giving up 50+ a game.

That was literally the only fucking game on the road that wasn't easy as shit and they lost. Fuck them, AQ teams have to go through much tougher gauntlets than that.
