lol. my boss use to play WoW at work, but he actually got his shit done. was funny
Damn, sounds like a fun office job. Can dick around on MMOs, get work done, and get paid. Makes me somewhat happy I didn't get that office position last night since they monitored everything you did.
Anyway, wonder what charges this FA is going to get for his stunt.
Love the mob mentality. Go ahead and call me a troll. Post counts make you brave.
The guys jumping me on this thread wanna believe that this cat is some poor soul that is just allowed to do anything he wants just because they also believe being an FA is one of the worst jobs in America or something. I don't know the whole story and neither do any of you.
Depending on which story you read:
- It was a man...or a woman
- He got hit with the luggage...or the overhead door.
- When he politely asked him/her to sit back down he/she immediately told him to fuck off...or they bantered back and forth before things got heated and curses were thrown.
- And on the subject of fuck you's: the passenger said FU first...or the FA did first.
- The guy was the sweetest person in the world...or he had a history of being a hothead as claimed by some of his coworkers. (Oh, and according to his Myspace, he's a recovering alcohol and drug abuser.)
Just as easily as some of you can believe that this guy was 100% in the right, I say it's closer to 50/50%. Even if the passenger was fully to blame for the argument, he coulda done other things to get back at the passenger and still kept his job or at the very least keep him out of jail and facing a bunch of jail time and fines and the difficulty of finding a decent job. Just have TSA arrest the passenger, taunt him while he walks by in cuffs, and call it a day.
Nobody cares, creampuff.

There's no mob mentality. People just called you out on your hollier then thou attitude. Oh and UMad!
All of those details only effect the scale of awesome surrounding this.
I first caught wind of this on CNN early in the morning when it was just a small blurp with no analysis and was pre-hysteria that said "FA gets in confrontation with unruly passenger, grabs two beers, and leaves via the emergency slide which in turn causes a big stir" and instantly had the same reaction most people like me did: holy shit, that is awesome and this guy deserves a brofist.
Other details, as previously stated, could only potentially increase the level of awesome to ridiculous levels. I'm willing to wait and see, but in the end it doesn't really matter; its still awesome. The mental image of the dude peacing out with two beers in his hand and and going down that slide is pure gold.
no that was irresponsible
I always hope that when a string of these things happen, it'll start a graffiti kind of effect.

This guy was Colbert's Alpha Dog of the week. According to colbert he was having sex when cops went to his home.
I can see him freaking out.
There are times when I want to murder someone but there's just no way you can get away with it or it would be appropriate and you just gotta let some rage out.
Cue bitch on airplane.
Of course, he could have just told someone to shut that cunts mouth before he fuckstarts her head.
Either method would get him fired, one gives him 2 cans of beer and a slide down the plane.
I mean just how often do you get to do that? Airplane accidents doesn't happen all that often, and most of them end up with you getting plowed into ocean or national landmarks.
Well, JetBlue is taking it well:

Sometimes the weird news is about us…
It wouldn’t be fair for us to point out absurdities in other corners of the industry without acknowledging when it’s about us. Well, this week’s news certainly falls into that category. Perhaps you heard a little story about one of our flight attendants? While we can’t discuss the details of what is an ongoing investigation, plenty of others have already formed opinions on the matter. Like, the entire Internet. (The reason we’re not commenting is that we respect the privacy of the individual. People can speak on their own behalf; we won’t do it for them.)
While this episode may feed your inner Office Space, we just want to take this space to recognize our 2,300 fantastic, awesome and professional Inflight Crewmembers for delivering the JetBlue Experience you’ve come to expect of us.
