Port forwarding issue

Having a problem forwarding ports on my linksys-G for FFXIV, (I am for some reason having problems installing this version of the beta even though the previous 2 versions downloaded without any problems.) I have done my home work on how to actualy forward the ports, but the problem is that when i go to click "save changes", it will save the changes and reload the page with a different numerical port range.

To be more specific, i set up port forwarding in a range from "55296 - 55551", then i clicked "save changes", the screen will flash and reload as the changes take place, when the screen completes the save, the port range now reads "0 - 4983468923" this isan't the exact number, but it starts with a "4" and is 10 digits long or so. I have search for an answer all night now and am at my wits end. If any1 can end my suffering i would be greatful.

I finally got the download to finish without opening and ports, but im still seeking a resolution for this mystery. Any other ideas on how/why this is happening?

Did you copy/paste those numbers or enter them manually?

I had some trouble trying to copy/paste that shit but when I manually entered the numbers it worked fine.

i tried both copy/pasta and manually typed in, nothing keeps those #'s from changing when i hit save.

its wierd becuse i have a bunch of other port numbers entered on that page and none of them are enabled (such as 25 and 80), but if i enable those and save, the numbers don't change. In short, every new port number i manually enter in gets corrupted upon saving, but there is no error message.
