Slate-grey sheep leather dye would be very very nice to have access to!

I tried various combinations using saltpeter and water, no dice. I am thinking I might need to find 4-6 bugs before I can synth it, similar to sea sand.

There are quite a few people bazaaring brass and copper circlets, still can't find the recipe. Tried it with animal glue, and it didn't work. Its either stupidly simple and I'm just missing it, or will require leather.

Have you tried Tiny Crown + Gemstone for a Circlet? Or Tiny Crown + Some other Brass crap?

good idea on tiny crown, I will try that. I assumed its for that crazy pie thing that was found in the dats!

I have 2 lapis now, so I am always using those in the synth.

HOw do you turn Fire shards into crystal's.... Or is it the other way around and also same for wind crystal's and shards plus has anyone made a higher level then one gld weapon ... sorry didnt know where to find any info at

Anyone figure out Brass Daggers? I have Brass blades, various grips, hammers, nails, maybe glue? Can try it on Goldsmith or Blacksmith. Anyone have any ideas?

Bronze Dagger
1x Bronze Dagger blade
1x Maple Dagger grip
1x Animal glue
1x Brass Nugget
8x Earth shard

I was able to make this pretty easily at rank 10 blacksmithing. Also, I'm betting Brass Dagger needs an iron nugget instead of a brass nugget but I doubt I have any craft high enough to try it yet.

I'll try Brass Blade, Maple or Ash Grip, Aminal Glue, and random nuggets. I think you are right, either Iron or Silver. I can make a lot with Iron, but not Nuggets, you on Jecht? (Goldsmithing and Armourer)

The Sosclan link shows a recipe for creating a "normal crystal" from shards and the reverse. You can turn crystals into shards, but not vice-versa, their info seems to be incorrect.

You need Fine sand and alchemy skill. Fine sand can be synthed from 6 sea sand. it HQs into silex or iron sand. I do not know what silex is for but 1 silex does not make anything.

I really think SE disabled weapon upgrade synths totally. A few recipes given from leves do not work for me when I attempt to synth without leve mats.

Ive seen a few retainers with rank 1-10 weapons, but only wands Ive seen 10+

NO! -- Confirmed today with lvl 13 Bronze Knuckles, I saw someone with them up for sale for 24,800g and I baught them threw them up in my bazzar to get them out of my way for 100k and someone actually baught them.

Other site has them listed as:

Bronze Knuckles
Bronze Ingot x1
Circle of Buffalo Leather x1
Buffalo Leather Strap x1

Anyone able to confirm this recipie?

NO! -- Confirmed today with lvl 13 Bronze Knuckles, I saw someone with them up for sale for 24,800g and I baught them threw them up in my bazzar to get them out of my way for 100k and someone actually baught them.

the knuckles work, they are level 13, the problem is getting buffalo leather, high level synth and rare mob drop

It's 13 synth or rank weapon?

The strap is the hard part for me the hide is easy to get it's from an NPC, and I have about 20 leathers, just need a tanner high enough to make the strap.
