Cheapish low-end PC build halp

Hi

My dad's pc recently broke, no idea what it is, think the mobo fried or something. Thought it was the PSU but it wasn't.

Anyway, I'm building him a new one. Budget is around $200~300. It doesn't have to be a high-end build obviously. Trying to go for the cheapest but still decent quality build.

Stuff I do NOT need:
Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Printer etc
PSU
Graphic Card
HDD, DVD drive

So I'm basically looking for a Mobo/cpu combo, maybe a fan for the cpu, and a case. I have some old ram, need to check how much exactly, but could throw in some depending how much $ is left.

Another thing is, his current hdd and dvd drive are both those old IDE ribbon cables. I'll most likely leave the dvd drive, but might get a new cheapo 100gb hdd or something, depending how much $ left.

I'd prefer to use Amazon if possible for the free 2day shipping cause I'm in a hurry, but newegg is ok to if there's a good combo deal. I'm gonna be looking this stuff up myself in an hour or so, just posting this incase anyone might have done this recently and has some stuff, idk, guess not much point oh well thanks anyway!

What is your graphics card that you will be reusing?

Also, what kind of RAM?

Sucks that I basically wasted $40 on a PSU that wont be used, guess I can sell it or something. Also comes with ram, so I can throw the 1gb his old computer had into my mom's. I also found an old 160gb hdd that I have been storing from my old computer, so that works out.

Think I'll also go and grab a dvd drive, but I should be set to go.

Oh, and no graphic card, just integrated mobo stuff. It's for my DAD, ffs, lol
