Numerous people have reported that problem, however, I haven't had any trouble getting retainers from her. Has anyone who got this been able to get around it? There is no other way to store items.

In other news, I just discovered you can only equip four accessories at a time. Seems like each accessory takes 3/12 equip points similarly to abilities taking up action points. I wonder if we can get more of them later on.

I hadn't been able to get one either for a few days. Last night I made two new characters over the course of the night and was able to grab one immediately on both.

I have no clue what causes her to clam up for some chars, but it's especially annoying when you have a bag full of stuff you'd rather not vendor and have nowhere to stash it

Gosh is it so hard to read I never said it was because of the guild rewards, the first person said this problem started today I tried to tell him I had the problem yesterday.

I said guild rewards because it was my reward for that quest, it could've been Equipment, all i'm trying to say is that it made me lost my main reward of the quest

Lol you misunderstood me, I get what you said, it happend to me the same way. I was more responding to the other poster who said it was because your reward was guild points. Thats why I said I dont think it matters what the reward is you will still get demoted to helping rather than starting the quest.

I had the same msg from retainer NPC, afaik I just left it and it started working at some point.

And yeah, accessory limit sucks, wasted gil in p2 buying more to find out I coudn't equip them =/ Only got up to Phys23 or so but never saw an increase by that point (not even +1 equip limit)

155 Archery and 16 surplus.

WAR, problem was no end game content and a pvp game forcing ppl into BG's. Can't have BG's and real open world pvp, they don't go together since ppl will always go to BG's since they are typically easier.

Open world PvP doesn't work, full stop. It always turns into "whichever side has more players wins".

Was doing Behest and noticed my surplus was low. Now I'm not getting any at all. EXP/Skill are white. Fucking stoked. Grinding time!

I made a new Marauder last night and missed about 50% during the intro fights on the boat. I laughed. It wasn't so bad later, but ugh did it have me second guessing Marauder right off the bat

It would make sense though considering the exp was fucked before. All the data they gained from player's progression speed is useless.

So what did that patch change?? My skill and exp are back to white, no surplus.

First time playing since patch. 16/19.. 0xp and skill for every leve in skull valley, not a single point. 5 stars solo and everything was red x.x; Went to bloodshore, about 1000 skill for all 3.. no surplus.

Over buffed, then over nerfed XP? Lameeeee

I kinda wish Square could just invent the world, do the art, make up the basic systems for classes, crafting, abilities and the like.

And then pass it off to another company to actually finish. I'd enjoy that.

I just want them to let some other company handle the client/server interaction, the UI/Interface, and customer service. The conception of their product is great, and the execution is great right up until the moment it touches the user.

Open world PvP doesn't work, full stop. It always turns into "whichever side has more players wins".

It could have worked, if Mythic had ever been able to admit how important relative parity between factions is for open world PvP. Chaos outnumbered Order almost 3 to 1 in beta, that trend carried over to live, and Mythic's response was a tiny bonus to XP for Order. The odds don't have to be perfectly even in PvP, but each side has to feel like they at least have a chance for some well earned victories. They needed some mechanics in the game that would compensate for radical mismatches and discourage people to just dog pile into the winning side.

When it became clear that the only way to "win" was to play chaos, and it became clear that WAR couldn't handle massive PvP (just like every other MMO which tries it, btw), the game was doomed to fail. At that point it was just a scaled down, lower quality version of WoW with a few improvements (Tome of Knowledge is awesome and the "talent" system in WAR is superior to WoW, IMO). When your game is reduced to "WoW clone" status then you don't have a game, you have a victim waiting to get run over by WoW.
