GPU temps / fan speeds

So I just built a new system and i want to make sure everything is running nicely.

i5 760 2.8ghz
2 x 2gb Corsair XMS3 1333mhz
MSI P55 chip motherboard
Sapphire Vapor-X HD 5770

I've never really bothered with temperatures and fan settings before so i'm a bit lost on what's normal and whatnot.

Now my question on the video card. It's idle temp is 42c (which seems a bit hot compared to my cpu idle temp of 31-32c) with fan speed @ 32%, if i'm playing a game temps will hit 60c and the fan speed just sits there @ 32% still. Are these temps and behavior normal? Now i can adjust the fan speed normally though catalyst, and i was wondering if there was a setting to make the fan a bit more proactive.

Temps are fine, I don't think fans even begin to speed up at 60c (on auto with msi afterburn).

My CPU sits at 39-42 so I think 42 would be fine. I would watch the temperature under load and make sure it doesn't get too hot (like 90+?)

set your own custom fan speeds in msi afterburner, around 85-90 is when you're in a nono zone
