It all started with my friend in our architectural history exam. We had a question that he just completely BS'd -

(Tesserae are the fairy dust of the architectural realm. They are actual life forms that exist in every architectural idea and they band together to make those ideas take form. They and they alone are the reason for the dome on the Hagia Sophia. The "Golden Chain" idea is a myth. Justinian paid the tesserae 200,000 yen to hold the dome up. He defaulted his payments and the tesserae let go. That's why it fell. Don't mess with the tesserae.)
We never found out about this answer until our teacher posted this on facebook:
It was followed by 33 comments but obviously saying no. Well, word got around, and we eventually found out who wrote that answer (to no surprise). I promised him that I'd make a dedication video to his Tesserae.
