Yeah...The ending made the game for me. Don't know what else to say.

    I booked 10 hours. I would say 9-13 hours.

Don't let it discourage you though. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Yeah it took me 13 hours but I missed some stuff. I think you could easily get 15 hours out of it if you try to get everything.

Honestly. Wait on 59.99. Good game, but it will be 39.99 in a month.

Stupid newegg.... shipped my game in a plastic bag with no padding. Huge surprise that the whole top right corner is missing and the case won't latch without it.

I think we both know you've already made your purchase decision.

Should be no regrets with this one if you have a decent idea of what a Bioshock like this will entail.

Too bad you missed out on the pre-order bonuses for this one though, GMG's deal was rivaling better steam sales as far as I'm concerned. With the cash back, $46 bought you Bioshock 1, X-Com Enemy Unknown, Bioshock Infinite, and another free game on top of it (I picked Civ 5). Even if Bioshock Infinite bombed (which I was damn confident it wouldn't), there was still enough already known gameplay in those extras to be worth it.

That has to be one of the coolest endings to a game ever. I have to agree with people here. GOTY.

Toronto Dominion? I just bought the Season Pass and I'm with them.

And I'm now doing the 1999 play through. So far, I'm scared to go around every corner because of how easily they take down the shield.

I just noticed this but when you first get to Monument Tower and you see Elizebeth open the tear for the first time, the movie theater says "La Revanche du Jedi"

Ending has a bigger effect if you've played Bio One.

So I'm going to try 1999 for 1st playthrough then easy for collectibles. Can't stand having to bother myself with them first go around.

I had to do it the other way around (well, hard on first playthrough, but not 1999). There is just too much extra story in the voxophones you collect for me to skip them on a first playthrough (which is when I'm most interested in story and love them as clues). Second playthrough, I'll focus on making it a different/more challenging experience.
