Fear and Loathing is the ultimate drug movie with Requiem for a Dream a close second(ass to ass
).
Spun was a decent druggie movie too.

That was about drugs, just not real ones (although drawing obvious comparisons). I'd recommend it for a drug movie, too .

"Trainspotting" and "Requiem for a Dream" are probably the two best movies aside of "Blow" of you're looking for something serious.
