Everyone does their job in Dynamis to ensure a successful run, but you deserve the currency more because you are upgrading a relic?

I started the thread speculating about how to profit share the currency. Never.Claimed.To.Want.All.Currency.(Initially) AND?

A vast majority of Dyna shells were/are started so the person that started it can collect the currency for their relic.. I mean, come on, really?

(Even tho now I am starting a lol /sh group so I can collect all the currency, this is still just wow to me. This flame was made before I decided to go the route that I am.)

I'm thinking of putting together a 12man 80+ (with upcoming version update) static to farm currency, in hopes of finishing my Anamo.(Stage 3)

My question is, what incentives could one such as myself, not running any type of event LS (points earned in dyna= points for items elsewhere) could I offer as incentive?

Best I've come up with its splitting the currency among the static, seeing that I'm in no real hurry to finish the Amano. I have not a solid figure in mind, but I'd definitely consider a 60/40-50/50 split, tho more flexible should I need be.

As level cap rises, a majority of AF2, (not implying all AF2 mind you), is becoming increasingly less useful overall.

Just looking for feedback, idea's from those that are used to leading dynamis, and events overall that may be facing the same lack of interest from members.

Would be nice to obtain a relic before the game runs it's course.I >may< do runs on my girlfriends toon to increase currency income should I find a formula that works.

~ man i dont kno what everybody else is talking about; i dont really have any advice per say for dynamis as i have hated dynamis since the shit came out and i see no incentive in doing it ever.( i rather farm gil and buy afv2 lol). But i will say this anybody who calls sponsoring and getting all the currency for urself is dumb they either 1. have already been in a dynamis where they have been the retarded following the leader, 2. are extremely self rightous or 3.(most are) An ethical bitch worker who thinks that the end result (having a relic) will change based on the method in which u obtained.

~ Ima have to say this I started working for a relic the same time one of the ppl i kno. He came to this server shouted in WG for a endgame shell(didnt matter how gimp or how retarded the person) and gave them a pearl, they did dynamis where he got the currency they camped DI/Sw everday as he sat in town waiting for pop. And guess what he got his relic in like a matter of 2 maybe 3 months of very little effort. IF ANYBODY CALLS that retarded; you really need to check ur definition becuz i would say the retards are the ppl who followed him, he is the smart one for rounding up the gimps and making them work for him lol. I was merely looking for alternative forms of incentive to keep the same static members, quality well skilled members that might not need AF, so that I can minimize rotation of incoming/outgoing members. Some small statics on my server already do this, with their own system(selling AF, currency).

The days of the traditional dynamis shell are dead. The problem with these new updates is that there is little incentive to do much of anything right now other than level jobs & weapon trials, because in six months everything that you have/get will be either obsolete or at the very least, much easier to get.

Hell, even some of the weapon trials could be a bite in the ass, given that nobody knows what stats we'll see on a given path in the next updates.
