Why on earth do ppl still want to upgrade relic weapon? 6.5k relic WS killing blows (i.e. solo) just to get the lv80 version (add another ~5% due to missed ws kill) and future magian trials are going to suck even more. Also don't forget at level 99 you may struggle to find a suitable camp full of EP mobs without level sync if you still need to complete the first few relic trials.

Like it or not, a lot of ppl are going to stop playing FF11 when 14 comes out. Kind of pointless to start looking for ppl to do dynamis now. Chances are your linkshell won't survive FF14 release. If you insist on building your own dynamis LS at least wait till October.

Fronting 500k is not hard. I throw 500k at food in an average week, if not more. Even 6 inbreds can get >1m of currency in a run at 80.. so someone is getting paid over 500k a week just to have the original 500?.. God forbid it's a good shell pulling in 3-5m a run.

Our dynamis shell actually sells the currency in shell for 2K a piece. What they do to accommodate the relic up graders and the people only wanting AF is that they do "pay outs" to everyone. So the first 250 coins of the night go to pay for the glass(relic buyers can buy these, just the payment for them is used for the glass). then all the coins after that sell for 2K a piece- Which is split between all members who came v.s. time they were there.ie joe was there for 2 hours, sandy for 4 hours sandy will obviously be getting twice as much money as joe. That might make your LS happy and you happy at the same time. your already on stage3 you said so wouldnt be that much cash out to members, and 2K a piece vs. 8-16k like on our server means you'd spend 12 mil over 30 mil Just a thought. Shouts are very popular on my server and they usually do dynamis xarcabard.

You either pick AF2 primary and secondary peice. You lot both when they drop with any other people that picked those 2 AF. Or you pick no AF2 and get to lot a 100 coin when it drops.

The leader of the run pays for the glass and lots ALL single coins. I think he gets to pick either 2 AF to lot against other people or pick the 100 coin to lot against other ppl as well.
Believe it or not, everyone is picking COR heads, RDM heads, BLM heads, THF hands as those will never be obsolete even at level 99. There is like 2 ppl in the entire run of 20+ ppl that actually pick the 100 coin. All the singles go to glass buyer and noone has ever complained as these shout runs are at least once a day from different people all over the server.

If you are splitting currency with 6-10 other people at level 99 when YOU are paying the full glass fee of 500k, (when the 100 currency will probably be 400k in rol. Fields at that level for byne bills), then the only retard is you.

-You can probably afford to lowman sandy with 6 ppl and split and still profit over rolanmart big time.

-Bastok you can offer AF + wootz ores and get noobs to pick that package so you can get more coins without complainers and without scamming noone.

-Windy coins are also expensive so you can afford a 6 man split as long as you get 100 currency for yourself that run.

-Icelands and CoP zones you can defin. get away with having pppl pick 2 AF2 to lot or AF2+ Accessorie, or having them pick shadow mantle or shadow ring plus 1 AF2 will insure everyone is picking that and most likely leaving the 100 coin he drops up for grabs.

Actually, I proposed an idea in my OP. I made this thread looking for applicable idea's and offered the idea that I had came up with. I wasn't running this or any other system. I do regret not considering (at first) the sale of AF2 for the statics benefit, while I collected a decent amount(not all) of the currency. (A happy static is a solid, reliable static).

If I was to come up with a fair system for a static, and all parties were involved, great. But I'm in no position to have to do or try anything. I was merely fact seeking. People reading this thread seem to forget that I was merely sharing a base idea, one meant to be built upon as intelligent and usable information was (meant to be) introduced.

But BG needs it's drama, so other than a couple exceptions, I've taken it all with a grain of salt.

I actually wonder if doing/finishing a relic is actually a smart idea this late in the game. With so many Trials you have to do (even more next month) is it worth it. Are some of Magian weapons already suitable alternatives. That is until they become worthless with each new level increase.

The trials on relics might require a bit more time than some others. The thing is so far for the most part they have remained pretty close to the best. Heck mythics actually have received a fairly big boost. If they stay constant then relics should stay top tier. Like before though it really boils down how much is the e-peen/the best worth to you in time and gil?
