I am actually pretty confident fruitdealer is going to win too, which is exciting. HopeTorture's games were pretty funny though, true to his name he gave his opponent hope and then shattered his dreams in the next 3 matches.

Cool (Fruitdealer) is a way better player than ITR (Hopetorture) who basically uses every gimicky unit he can to try and pull out wins and always 1 bases. The problem is Cool got a really bad map draw. DQ, LT, and Kulas for the first three maps is brutal. He maybe ok just because he seems to like Kulas unlike pretty much every other zerg.

ITR uses gimmicky units and always 1 bases? I haven't seen much of his games, but have you seen his semi-finals games against Ensnare? 100% solid macro games

Well yeah TvT lol...

Cool always pulls out the most beautiful shit on Kulas, that one game against hmm who was it again? Where he teched up to Ultras and was dropping them and shit? God he was totally doing everything right and then the surround on the army of like 20 thors... it was all so gloriously beautiful.

The best thing about Cool though is how relaxed he is, how he doesn't practice like a normal Korean, and how he is like genius level in his gameplay and control. The fact that he doesn't even practice just speaks leagues about how much better he is than his opponents. He is able to play this well just from skill, he doesn't have to play like 150+ matches to feel confident in himself or to get those timings/builds down, he just straight up has solid gameplay and doesn't require the constant Korean grind. It's very impressive if you think about it, while everyone else is like trying their hardest and playing hundreds of matches between their games, Cool is like, uhh I played some protoss players the other day but no terrans, we'll see how it goes today again NEXLiveForever. 3-0'd. lol.

Yeah always was probably too strong of a term, but he seems to prefer to 1 base. Don't get me wrong, as his style of play leads to a lot of exciting games, but I just don't think he is nearly as good a player as Cool. But then again I don't think he's as good as Tester either and he still beat him.

HopeTorture gonna win cuz Terran imba. But yeah, i think the Korean dont want Cool to win so the Zerg patch can come faster lol.

Terran is not imba ffs. There are just way more terran players then there is zerg. In korea i believe they bitch about protoss.

Yeah, Toss has been considered the most powerful race in Korea for a while now. In any case most Zerg's seem to think ZvP is much worse than ZvT right now so if anything I would say that Zerg is UP rather than a single race being OP. There are some stupid units though. I really don't like the reaper and I think the game would be better off if they were removed. The Banshee too really bugs me. Those two units just seem badly designed to me and if nothing else could use some tweaking.

I think the real problem is how zerg has to respond to those units. Any of the big 3 harass (Reaper, Banshee, Hellion) protoss just have to get some stalkers and an observer, terran just needs marines and scan/raven, zerg needs roaches for reapers, overseer+some AA probably queens for banshees, and spine crawlers for hellions.
