Martial Arts is delay reduction right? TP/hit is probably the best way. Something with high TP/hit (like Relic Knuckles since high delay) will show a more clear variance and less chance of attack rounds confusing you.

No. Melee seemed to be pretty fucking awful for Turul, as his shock spikes do 400+ damage to people when he decides to put them up, and the knockback aura he gains after reaving wind will most likely stop any TP zerg in its tracks. It also seemed to gain immunity to stun over time, and the instant cast Thundaga/Aeroga IV and Stunga would make shit interesting for you to say the least.

Also, Odin really blows on Turul. Opened with Odin for a whopping 310 damage. Might be that I suck, but other people seemed to have similar results.
