Nor can PLD, DRK, or RDM that I can think of off the top of my head, for what it's worth... Which led to me pretty much leaving him alone after a few attempts. Too many people still camp him here for me to find it worth the time. I'll just pick up the all jobs 8% haste belt at 99.

At 80, nobody needs accuracy, it stands to reason that at 99 nobody will need haste.
