I honestly don't have anything else to use. If I wasn't putting my tags elsewhere I'd spam Nyzul 20 for Denali feet, but unless I missed something the only other decent alternatives are Setanta's Ledelsens (we never kill Lugh), Agrona's Leggings (never seen them drop), and Morrigan's Pigaches (unfortunately don't Salvage often).

As for the VNM issue, if it works like normal Abyssite, you should be able to distinguish between Ruminator and Brooder using the message that it stats. Softly = TII. Solidly = TIII. If they're close to each other, you're screwed, but you can use AP radar in such a scenario.
