Storm Scout Air Ventilation
I will be getting the pieces of my soon to be comp in like 3 days and I wanted to plan out how everything will fall into place. There are two things that I haven't figured out yet. One of which is how the fans will be setup and the other is cable management.
Basically there are 1 front fan(120mm), 1 rear(120mm), 1 top(140mm) and 2 side(120mm). I was planning on having the front and 2 sides to be the intake and the rear and top to be the exhaust but I heard that with a corsair h50, it is better to have the rear fan(h50's fan) to intake rather than exhaust. Would it be good to have the front, rear and top to intake and 2 sides for exhaust or is it better to have the front, back and one of the sides that is closest to the gpu to intake and top and the other side to exhaust? I read about the push/pull setup for the h50 but I feel that it's not a necessity so I plan on just going with what I have. What do you guys think?
On cable management, I'm still researching but I feel that I won't know exactly what to do until I have the case in front of me. If there are some tips you guys would like to share, that would be great too.

I absolutely hated cable management in my Storm Scout. Upgraded to an Antec 1200 in a matter of a month because it just wasn't getting it done. I had it set up so that my H50 was exhaust, as I tried both intake and exhaust and it didn't make a bit of difference with that case, and intake just made everything hotter inside. I could not get decent airflow, mainly because of only one intake fan in the front. Setting up the side fans as exhaust turned it into 1 intake, 4 exhaust. Setting side fans as intake put it to 3 intake, 2 exhaust. Either way there was an imbalance of CFM in/out. Hope you have better luck than I with the case. I will say that in upgrading my case from Storm Scout to Antec 1200, I saw a global temperature drop of 8-9c, but then that is to be expected when going from 4 fans to 9.

Damn, now i really don't know what to do. Maybe I should grab 2 more fans and have my h50 push/pull. get 2 top as exhaust the rest intake or 2 top and one of the sides as exhaust. Appreciate the input knyght.

I've been looking at the h70 but it's pricey, especially when I'm currently using a big air setup already.
Just hope the shit is quiet, tired of hearing fans and noise from pc.
