I get Gorget on Fodder, Ire+1 on mid, Justicar on high lvl. All are pretty close, probably safe to have 2 sets, one with gorget, one with justicars.

Excepting the Magian staff, which I'm currently mid-trials for and the swifth/chelona which could both be +1s, is this the right direction for a sch stun set?

I think the ideal set is something like this:

Staff/Arbuda/_____/Hasty Pinion
Zelus/Dark Torque/Loquacious/Belatz (in Legion)
Hedera's/Rubeus/Prolix/Veneficium
Swith+1/Ninurta's/Rubeus/AF2+2 feet (with Alacrity and Thunderstorm, AF1 without)
26% Haste
-14% recast
10% Fast Cast

With the exception of Paramount Mantis, I find that the staff alone provides pretty much all the MAcc I need to land Stun reliably. I coded a higher MAcc set into my spellcast specifically for Paramount Mantis and make doubly sure to have Thunderstorm/Klimaform up for him. One notable thing from your set is that Stun isn't Dark element magic so Archon ring won't help it. Honestly, I feel the quality of the set above exceeds what is required in a Legion run with 3 SCH/BLMs that have passable sets. If you get the staff and make a moderately dedicated Stun set (which you already seem to have), you should be fine. I'd really just recommend AF1 feet, AF2+2 feet, Hedera's, and switching your ring to one that does something. Belatz doesn't hurt either. It's the best "Legion:" piece of gear, I'd say.

It won't, but you should rotate a bard in to keep Marches up.

Oh hey, the "Reduces spell casting time" is recast too..? BG says 5% casting time and recast, is that comparable to 5%/2.5% or 10%/5% Casting Time/Recast? Or neither..?
I'll swap in Goliard over AF1 body if you think I won't really need the skill+ on it (Sadly I'm stuck with that whilst my mule has Hedera's ._.) and Archon ring derp >.>
Somehow didn't consider that haste will be much much higher than fast cast (derp again) so I'll swap in a hasty pinion instead. Fuck Rubeus, shit doesn't exist.

What are you referring to? Grimoires give 10% Cast/Recast reduction.

I'd take Macc 9 (Repartie + ASA) over 1~% FC.

Also, Mibiru offers Orunmila for FC 5 over 7 dark as a more potent trade-off.

Yes, but the item says "Grimoire: Reduces spell casting time", which to me always meant "While under the affects of a grimoire, reduces spell casting time".

That and I didn't know it was 10% recast and 10% casting time, I assumed it was just like fast cast (X% casting time, X/2% recast).

Saviesa Pearl in Legion seems like a decent piece for M.Acc. too if you manage to buff up Haste and FC elsewhere and don't need more in earring slot.
