For Quick Draw, you can get an augmented Blood Mask with Quickdraw Delay -5. In terms of damage dealt, going full delay reduction is going to beat any other combination you come up with for much the same reason that stacking Haste beats stacking Double Attack.

My outside TP set, trying to cap DDex on anything VT or lower while also having as much +crit as possible, 45% dw and 25% haste. Any way I can improve this set, or is it even viable? I'm trying it out and critting a lot outside is fun ^-^ How much crit % do I have just by having capped ddex, like 23%?

I believe capped DEX nets you 20%

Minimum (5%) + dDEX (15%) + Merits (5%) = 25% base for most people

You can throw on Rancor Collar and gain another 3% over your current build.

Edit: Since I received an infraction for lack of substance in this post, here goes.

I was mocking you because the benefits of using Rancor Collar obviously outweighs the 10% DMG taken "fulltime" nothing can one-shot you anymore outside(nothing's that's predictable, anyway i.e Astral Flow or Discoid or idk) with a good MDT and PDT set.

Isn't ninja generally meh outside of abyssea on higher tier stuff due to poor acc? So while having ddex capped is nice for trash mobs, dont you need more acc for higher tier mobs? VT+ mobs in dynamis and voidwatch?

Playing Ninja outside Abyssea again humbles you. Even with decent gear and an emp, i am not in awe at what i can do. Blade: Hi is awesome when it connects and crits, but i do miss quite often. Cool for lowman evasion tanking shit, but definitely not a heavy DD

Yeah this is what I pretty much thought. I also don't own dusk gloves +1 because I'm not at the point where I want to pay 2M for .5% haste.
