RDM Empyrean armor really is ugly as shit. I like most of the other designs though. Curious if the Iron Giants will just be NMs for now or what, certainly some other NMs shown in there.

As long as the final upgrades of these don't require 20-50 items from (mega boss)es that require pop items from lower tiers of NMs.

Was that really a trailer? It was just 2 seconds of actual footage. They only listed 3 monsters on that website, surely there's more than 3 with 3 whole new Abyssea areas... wtf@SquareEnix

only 3 new mobs, the rest are reskins. raptors, chariots, fish, etc.

Judging from the text of the Empyrean armor (Armor in the hands of High Ranking Resistance Officials) Either it'll be quested or bought with Cruor.

Maybe it'll be bought/quested and upgraded(Augmented) Via Trial of the Magians?

Yeah, no doubt the empyrean armor will have to be upgraded with magian trials with the armor magian moogle being introduced this update. I think that the armor itself will have stats on it already though and you'll just upgrade it a little further or something. Sort of like how the Crystaline Prophecy armor is what i had in mind but a little different.

The site mentions the armor has been "Taken under the charge of high-ranking Resistance officers," which to me sounds like the base armor will be bought with cruor just like Perle/Teal/Aurore.
