I used this. Do basically everything it shows and it shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes (downloading the files not being taken into account)

I finally did my PS3 this afternoon. I did it literally minutes before 3.56 went live, because after I rebooted with the CFW loaded, it wanted me to update, and I thought I had fucked up the CFW installation. Nonetheless, it was relatively painless. I downloaded littlebigplanet 2 and it plays great.

What's the rules on PSN usage, anyone know?

I was on Kmech or whatever 3.55 but I got games working now it was my fucking FTP all along, blackbox sucks, I just did Ninja Gaiden 2 in like 10mins No problems, IM FINALLY PLAYING A GAMEEEEEEEEE

edit -> Settings: Under connection, click FTP. Change it from Passive to Active, hit OK.
