What's better for mnk tp, assuming mostly /nin in abyssea:

for normal h2h. Basically 27 atk 7 acc 7 stp vs kick damage +35/40, considering a kick attack rate of 22% with merits/af3+2 legs/traits. The acc is probably not needed.

Poise is only for Footwork. Given the other choice, Aurore + AF3+1 vs OKote + Usu, it's basically a wash; they come out nearly identically. Personally I'm using the AF3+1 feet just to be able to enjoy making use of the new gear.

Got a crit rate+1 wivre gorget. How decent is that in abyssea with razed ruin compared to other neck options?
Id have preferred better but i might as well see how well it does in theory.

for blu roughly how much better is mahatma over teal? mainly for use w/ regur (i suck at math etc)
i use teal for SB ws and sch nuking so looking to save an inventory slot if the difference is very minor.

Edit to add a second question: for nuking on sch teal body or that 13int body(auguer? body or something i forget name)

for T4 if my math was right it depends on MAB but they're roughly equal in damage, depends on whether you need the teal body for something other than nuking. For T5 they're more heavily focusing on INT I've been told so augur's should win.

EDIT: 2% DA 4 attack 4 acc vs 5% crit assuming sang scythe but no RR? stick with hauby/polegrip or try to crit more often for crit hit damage increase?

Attack unless capped. I'd do Sekka +1/Kamome, OAT's high delay is counterproductive to TP gain so it's not as good as you might think.

Good point. If you're capping attack I'd say Askar is tops unless I'm forgetting a body piece.
