Thf/war gets 10% from trait, 5% from ear and 9% from weapon for 24% total. Using Motenten's list thingy in other thread, thf/war DW is (10% trait, 5% suppa, 5%? boomerang = 20%). Max Useable haste 75%. 21.5% marches + 15% spell leaves 38.5% haste. 25% from gear leaves 13.5% for sambas and/or cor roll to finish. So thf/war can reach max attacking speed with getting 24% DA for both weapons (with good conditions).
So basically would a dmg 43 DA+9 dagger be competitive with a dmg 36 OAT dagger?
Also, a somewhat related question, does the game check job traits first then armor/weapon stats second, or armor/weapons first and traits second when determining the number of hits a weapon gets? Like for Thf, does the game check for a triple attack proc first then if no proc checks for double attack (ear + whatever else)? Or does having double attack hurt triple attack rate? Thought i saw somewhere people didnt level war past 24 on kclub rng/war because of the thought the trait would trump a 3-8 hit round. But I'm not sure.
