VV, as long as you're making meaningful gear swaps to account for the TP, is always 1 of the 3.
Dropping from a 5>4 hit build with -1- additional atma is always worth it. It is never worth 2 atmas to drop to a 4hit build. This will beat out VV, but VV will still be a used atma.
Any 5hit build should be using RR, and RR will outdo VV in normal circumstances.
With Keito+2 (TP Bonus), the TP Bonus atma should always be used.
With Fudo, if you have the TP Bonus earring, the TP Bonus atma should be used. If not, the TP Bonus Atma is better and worth using if you are WSing with between 120 and 230 TP. +20% WS dmg atma is better at 230+ TP (aka, if you run around a lot?). And they are so close it doesn't matter (WS% dmg is easier to get) if you are always WSing at 100 TP.
Thus, here are the setups you should be using:
Keito+2, TP Bonus, 4hit : Smiting Blow, Voracious Violet, ??? StoreTP Atma
Keito+2, TP Bonus, 5hit : Smiting Blow, Voracious Violet, Razed Ruins
Fudo, 5hit, TP Bonus Earring : Voracious Violet, Razed Ruins, Smiting Blow
Fudo, 5hit, no earring : Voracious Violet, Razed Ruins, (Smiting Blow or Griffon Claw, depending on situation)
I actually don't have a Keito+2, so I haven't looked at the numbers for 4hitting it, but if people say they can do it with 1 storeTP atma only, it's worth it...don't use 2 STP atmas.
