With the AGI Subtle Blow patch, I'd say 2-4x is the better choice, especially if you use Blade:Hi main hand. With proper crit atmas the DoT on 2-4x is surprisingly good, and the TP return is worth it. Of course, effort to complete and all that.

I was wondering which is better Hagun or Asa-arashi? I figured the 30 damage would beat 100 TP bonus but I'm not a maths person
What's better for mnk, RR/GH/DD or RR/GH/SS? Or something else? (That isn't shinryuu's)
I believe RR/GH/SS is the best for offense at the moment, unless things changed from whenever I asked.

EDIT : If I'm not using Rudra's Storm, would Twilight Knife be a better mainhand or is the DMG+5 enough to make Daka+1 better (DMG+7 if I get it +2)?

For the MNK atma question above, why isnt VV in there? I thought VV was the shit.
Delay reduction from any/all sources caps at 80%. Gear haste caps at 25%, so you've got 55% delay reduction that can come from DW traits and magical haste. Pretty sure that's how it works, anyway.
This post and this post by Kinematics run through the numbers for Monk atmas. Think VV comes out as one of the better third atmas to have, but there are better first and second choices.
So regarding Eviseration I was wondering ~ I augmented my ASA pants a while back for crit dmg + 3%; would that be better than Tumblers if crit dmg isn't capped?
And also I'm using Delta Earring (dex +2); should that be Aesir? I think I heard a while back that inside abyssea: stat boosts > att for WSs ...?
Someone tell me if it should be: get crit dmg to +50% > WS mods > att or somthing different - or is it just 'sheet is situational'? D:

I know I still have some improvements like Loki's, that hat from Yaanei, Soil Belt, and maybe af +2 hands and shoes - anything else I'm missing?
Razed Ruins + Gnarled Horn seems like the default standard 2, with the 3rd being up in the air depending on what you're doing for that trip (e.g. Sanguine Scythe if you're tanking, Future Fabulous if you're expecting to take a lot of magic damage or Ebon Hoof/Impregnible Tower if you need a crap tonne of HP, etc etc)
I use Twilight for the tp drain and quad attack, with Apoc atma, it seems to stack up pretty nice. Haven't had time to test wether or not the delay reduction from Auric would be worth offhanding. Never acquired a X's Knife, so I'm not sure about that, but if it's a +10% to crits, having X's and you should be tping in Loki's Kaftan, would be nice.
You'll see a HUGE jump from D42 or even D45 to D47 dagger when using weaponskills without sneak/trick attack, I was skeptical too at first, but Daka+2 has found its way into my main hand 100% of the time. It could just be atma of the apoc really, but I can't deny d47![]()
