Possibly outside abyssea, my nukes inside say Augur's wins. (even with only just Ultimate + MM. Once Beyond gets added in, augurs is notably better, for all nukes not just ice.)

It varies depending on the spell and how much MAB you already have. You really can't assume some ratio, you just have to plug in your actual gear/merits and see what's best for the spells you are using. For a red mage, if you are using +80 MAB +50 int from atmas, teal is behind. With only 30 MAB 50 int, teal wins by a little.

I dunno, when I did the math on it Teal would always beat Augur for me until I got a stupid amount of MAB (bearing in mind my INT is high too); similarly Hecate's vs INT capes.

Tests on Lv.-zip trashmobs outside of Bastok indicated Twilight Cloak for everything, but I'm not a career mage and I'm sure it's a case of S.I.S., but I'm not really clear on the situations.

Other gear, typically:

Searing or Twilight/Peni or Obi/Teal/Yigit

Twilight Cloak strikes me as a macro piece TBH but I could be wrong (i.e. just for Impact. The +15 MAB isn't all that remarkable otherwise given you have to also forfeit your head slot)

I would think the 5% dmg increase 6 INT (not exactly sure how it translates to matt) and 4 magic accuracy would be better than +11 increase to magic attack

Depends on your other gear and buffs.

Turban + Byakkos/Tantra+1 + Black Belt, only Haste spell: Fumas are slightly ahead. Add double marches, Fumas well ahead.
Turban + Tantra+2 + Black Belt, Haste only: Tantra+1 slightly ahead. Add double marches, Fumas slightly ahead.
Tantra +1+ Tantra+1 + Black Belt, Haste only: Tantra+1 barely ahead. Add double marches, Fumas well ahead.
Tantra +1 + Tantra +2 + Black Belt, Haste only: Tantra +1 ahead. Add double marches, Tantra +1 still ahead.

If you have Brown Belt instead of Black Belt, Fumas should remain ahead in all cases.

Re: Fumas vs Tantra +1: Forgot to note that that all assumes you're not using haste gloves (Aurore or Tantra +1), which will generally cap haste and be a better combo than att gloves + haste feet. IE: Tantra +1 hands + feet is better than OKote + Fumas, usually (fumas still come out ahead if using Brown Belt, though).
