Ocelot trousers have 10 Evasion. That's why Path recommended Ocelot for Ichi and Homam for Ni. Personally, I'd put Homam for both in a DD set and Ocelot for both in a solo/evasion set. Solo set, keep Fast Cast on a separate macro and do your precast swap yourself when you need it so it's faster and you don't end up waiting when you don't need it.

Whether it is better seems to be situational depending on other gear and what you're fighting. For the most part, they're roughly equivalent, though I'd use Faith Torque given the choice.

Oat final form vs gungnir final form? ive heard some ppl say gungnir is still better and some say OAT comes out on top but ive never had the privilege first hand to test this? can anyone shine some light or know a friend or something?

What's the general consensus on the magian katana combos? Due to Ninja's inherent shortcomings on the attack or accuracy front. Are pure damage + oat/3 combo still supreme? Or are choices like 46DMG Enchu + DexSekka viable?

I've compared many with delay and bonuses and to 100%. But due to me not liking math I avoided the OAT/3 offhands in the mashups. I ended with the Store TP Uzura and Perdu Blade just slightly faster than a 46DMG Enchu with DA+7 and Uzura Store TP 8 offhand and quicker than any combo using a Sekka.

I will freely admit I don't plan on upgrading a Tobi or Kannagi, as nice as they are, I won't go through with it. Am I looking in the right direction? Or is there something else out there I should be considering.

I did DMG mozu (right under kannagi before I knew about the retarded requirements) + OATwice isatu (still need pamamas to finish to enchu) and currently liking it. I'd probably do the sTP uzura if I had time + isatu. Currently trying to finish up DEX sekka also, and I'll be damned if I start on the STR sekka, due to the apkallu business involved.

mozu/uzura + isatu for everything else most likely, for me anyways

I'd wager blah mainhand + OATwice enchu is gonna rock for damage in many circumstances. OA2-3 is gonna rely more on your WS damage output since the dot is gonna be bleh.

5 hit is where it's best seeing as how you'd have to wait for another attack round even with 2 DAs with a 6 hit.
