Character Reactivation Service

I've deleted my FFXI character a while back but i'm trying to get my character recovered now through the character reactivation service that i just discovered.http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/crs/ Everything is in check and i qualify for this but i have one problem, it says: 3. Enter one of your registration codes. *

* Please enter a previously registered PlayOnline or FINAL FANTASY XI registration code.

but i don't have any of these codes anymore. Is there any possible way that i can obtain a new registration code or look it up through playonline that'll work with this character reactivation service? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

No. The only thing you can do is call them and send in a notarized statement that you are who you say you are. Takes about two weeks.

All right, i purchased the Vision of Abyssea expansion and i was able to use that registration code to complete the character reactivation service. My character is back!! Now, i just have to go through all the updates and i should be running around with my old character again. I was about to give up and just forget about it but i had to try at the very least.

I had an online chat with one of SE's support reps when I re-activated and restored in January. I was able to verify my identity using the information when I originally registered the account, and they gave me the registration codes I needed right then and there in the chat.
