The first Abyssea WAS the marketing. We're all addicted to the pimp xp, and the awesome lewt, and the overall actual fun event. A zone so awesome that 99% of people with the first one probably already bought the second and are ready to stab their own mothers just to pre-order the third.

But all joking aside, its not like this expansion is being marketed as an independent product (like the 3 mini-expansions). The first Abyssea did have to market itself, and the content we've experienced pretty much marketed the second. All SE had to do was put up an "insert money here sign" this time around.
