lol, all those movies obviously have fail script girls. Script girls are people who write down the small minute details of a scene just in case they have to reenact the scene again they have the exact stuff to do it with to avoid things like this.... Good find, I always try to spot things like this in movies XD but usually it doesnt work very well because it's all so fast paced...

i work in a visual effects studio, we look at shots thousands of times before they go out, you would be suprised at what you can miss, if you miss it the first time, it just looks normal from there on, its not until a fresh pair of eyes is like, "wait, wtf is that" lol

I hate continuity errors because I catch them a lot. Action scenes with a lot of small disposable props are really hard for me to watch because there's almost always something that goes from broken/moved to untouched between shots. I hardly ever notice continuity with food but that could be because I don't pay too much attention to what characters are eating.

I finally saw that movie the whole way through a few weeks ago and I can't imagine how hard some of those scenes were to shoot, the car scene and the building siege near the end in particular.
