Environment Texture quality specifically I think, wall in UT has bump-mapping whereas the MGS4 one is a lot simpler.
People argue about the walls though? Not something you'll notice unless you're always stopping and intentionally messing up your immersion in the game to stare at walls.

Thing is, that Unreal wall texture is probably just solid rust-red. No actual "texture" to it outside the simple stucco-lookin' bumpmap laid on top of it.

My fingers kinda ache though, besides bashing shit outside, I fiddle with it while I watch TV or read.
After the first week or two your forearms get sore as hell.

Impact grade hickory, but it's $225, and it is still not as durable as this hunk of plastic. Very pretty though.

Like I said, I don't actually remember it, but my mom says I was out in the backyard looking for a good sturdy stick pretty much once I could walk.

Always sucks when you get a REALLY nice stick, very satisfying heft, durable enough to chop the rest of the sticks in the yard up... then CRACK, it splits down the back a week later.

Obviously you have to exercise some restraint with white oak and whatnot, but I went out and set up 4 and 5 inch thick logs across a couple of other ones, and bashed the fuckers until they broke.

The hunk of plastic is "scuffed" slightly, I'm pretty damn happy with it considering it cost like $20 bucks.


Also: lolinternet autism n'stuff too.

Seriously, you may find it boring, but what exactly do you consider exciting?
