Problem with XIV on my new 1200$ PC...

First and foremost these are my specs:
    Intel Core i7 CPU 860 @2.8 GHz
    RAM 8.0GB
    SYSTEM: Windows 7 64bit OS
    ATI Radeon HD5770
    DirectX 11

I'm trying to run the benchmark to see if I will need to make any adjustments to my PC before release, I downloaded the Benchmark and my d3dx9_41.dll file was missing (which I read about before I got the benchmark, figures it would happen to me). So I got my .dll file and extracted it to my System32 file and again, got the same error from the benchmark. So after some reading I noticed that people that were playing the alpha and beta also had problems with this and it's because XIV is trying to recognize DX9 instead of going off of my DX11? After an hour or so of being frustrated and not finding any solid answers I'm wondering if someone here knows exactly how to fix this problem. I don't want to have this stupid dx problem when I have the real game in my ROM! Can anyone help without guessing what the answer is?

Copy that .dll and put it in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder. If there is another error afterwards asking for a ... sorry I don't remember exactly, but the other .dll starts with an "x"... it'll say. Just get that .dll the same way you got your d3dx9_41.dll file and put it in the same folder as I listed above, and that should work.

Alright I'm trying that right now. I'll see of it'll work.

Yeah it's asking for a XINPUT1_3.dll file. Is that the one?

Lol... Now it's saying "a problem has cause the program to stop working" and crashes lol any suggestions?

I paid hundreds less then that for a 5870. If you just got it, I'd recommend returning it and getting a better computer for cheaper.

On another note, how are you running that RAM? In dual channel? Or do you have freaky RAM sticks that are 2.6666666 GB each? Drop a stick of RAM and rock that baby in triple channel.

I've got the same vid card and processor, if you can get a decent CPU cooler (paid 20$ for mine) you can overclock at least to 3.6 with no problems

Guys I'm having an issue putting together my 5700$ computer, I can't figure out where this wire with the word "SLI" goes. Can someone please put this together for me I will pay you if you are in my area. I am using 6 3d Monitors am I going to have a problem with fps?

    Please triple channel your ram.

I'm not really sure why people keep including the price of their computer in the thread title, or in the thread at all. Is it an epeen thing? I bought and built my little sister a $1200 system in december as a christmas present. stroke stroke?

Wrong. The ram is fine. i7 800s are still in the LGA1156 socket (same with i3, i5s), supporting dual channel only. You only get triple channel ram on the i7 900s (LGA1366).

I'll be honest I only saw i7 and didnt see which model, not too many people running anything less than 920. Except for those new ones.
