So... with the Djinn class change stuff, nothing changed? Or so it seems.
I certainly remember already being able to do that.

EDIT: Actually, looking at all 3 videos none of that seems new cept using the stylus for stuff on the field. Guess those must be for people who are new to the series.

I was skeptical on the graphics but that trailer looks pretty damn good for a DS game. JP release this Thursday, NA release a month from now... who's excited?

I started a new game of Golden Sun in preparation. not sure if I'll get all the way through that + TLA but at least it's reminding me what I love so much about the series. can't wait!

Played it for about an hour last night, up to the first boss. Characters in the overworld look kind of weird, but combat and summons look awesome.

Lineless. There's this new emote thing(I don't think it was in the old ones..haven't played them in forever). You can answer with a Happy/Angry/Sad/Fun face when someone asks you a question and stuff. I'm not sure if it actually changes anything though.

Damnit!

Because it feel so strange to see Felix talk, then Felix not talk, and Isaac talks in the 2nd game. Actually Felix has one line in the ending I think but that's an exception, because I excitedly pointed that out lol.

Emotes yeh, don't change anything. I kinda want more text/interaction between the characters instead of having the other chars doing the talking for me.

can't wait. just reached Lemuria in TLA and aim to beat it again before DD comes out. pre-ordered this and paid in full even though I own a Cyclo, because I don't want to wait for the game to be dumped and the copy protection to be hacked. first time I've paid for a game since Strange Journey, but it'll be worth it.
