    A third person has been arrested in connection with a 2009 Centre County homicide case.
    Kermit Butts was arrested over the weekend in connection with the slaying of Samuel Boob. Police said Butts was an acquaintance of the shooting suspect, Ron Heichel.
    Boob was shot to death at his Tusseyville home last August. His wife, Mirinda Boob, is accused of murder and solicitation. Ronald Heichel, a friend of Mirinda's, is charged with shooting Samuel Boob with a shotgun, police said.
