The dogs eaten in Korea and elsewhere are raised specifically for the purpose, they are nothing like pet dogs. Dog (and Cat in some places) were mainly on the menu because of poverty conditions in the past, where larger food animals were harder to provide for but the people still needed meat. I personally have not been to any restaurants here that serve dog, it is more of a delicacy now I suppose...

When done properly, breeding dogs is fine. Unfortunately, there are always stupid greedy people who cut corners and take things to the extreme, which results in massive puppy farms with inhumane and unsanitary conditions.

When you want to buy a pet, you should get it from a pound, respectable breeder, or neighbor/friend/free-to-a-good-home-ad. Usually, respectable breeders will fall under one of the other options as well.

Also, that girl needs to be sterilized.

I don't know about you but I love fish so a while back when I saw this one guy on a boat throw a bunch of fish into the water and I freaked out and dove in after the fish and quickly threw them back onto land where they flopped around happily and thanked me by mouthing the words 'thank you sir'

I know first hand what puppy mills do to the dogs they use for breeding purposes. My family rescued a welsh corgi from one of those breeding mills and it was beyond sad how he came out. He was stuck in a small cage and forced to reproduce or there would be trouble for him probably from a male that lived there because the dog's whole life with my family he was afraid of men because of the experiences he had there.

Not only that, but their health isn't checked, so he had valley fever when we got him, and had the operation not been shut down and the dog rescued, it would have most likely died a slow and lonely death in it's cage from the illness.

That all being said, I cannot even process how someone could think killing puppies is a good idea. It's a sick and twisted thing to do and I hope karma exists so that woman gets what she deserves.
