    Starting on Sep. 1, 2010 at 19:00 (PDT), acquisition of registration code required for FINAL FANTASY XIV Open Beta Test will be available.

    Just so that I am clear, even if you were in closed beta, you will still need to register again for open beta tonight?

    EDIT: Also, is the download available yet or is that only available tonight when the Open Beta officially starts/opens?

    Question about the download. Two days ago I got the big download that popped up, it finished, installed and everything was fine. I checked again before I went to work yesterday and the new log in popped up as expected. Last night I got bored and decided to look around at the different things on the new beta log in and now it says I have a 1/1 download, but won't go anywhere (I'm assuming due to the suspended beta and everything surrounding it). Was there something else after the initial downloaded added as well? I didn't see anyone mention it, but if there was was it a large download?

    So I have a wierd issue and just wanted to make sure it's not going to mess me up later; I did the update/install and tried to get a reg code by selecting a service > Final Fantasy XIV, and I was taken to a "Down for maintenance page" early this morning. Is the code usually sent via email and I just have to wait until 22:00PST tonight? Or did my account mess up somehow? Hopefully it's just nothing.

    I'm sure it's them testing something out on each server. They're not gonna shorten the time before OB goes live. No need to camp status. Lol.
