It says the correct time in the name of the thread. I'd expect people to be used to time zone, they've been around for a while.

For those of you who are not already involved in Alpha through Beta Phase 3, you have to register for your key at the website provided, good luck. For those who are involved in Alpha through Beta Phase 3, you will receive an e-mail in your SQUARE ENIX ACCOUNT. Hope to see you guys on, probably will be joining Kefka server. Lot of Eastern/Central time zone people seem to be hitting it as well as all my Final Fantasy XI buddies.

Not sure the SE Account has an e-mail function either, so probably registered e-mail with them.
I did edit my post and took out the above that was quoted about it being in the e-mail, hope I didn't break BG rules by doing that. I am just trying to help, I'm frustrated just like everyone else, sorry for the false alarm if this information was already common knowledge :/
