Without a doubt trioable....I don't see why a duo couldn't kill it with 2hr and such (not to mention Durinn atma now...) Not sure on solo with rage/etc.

Which one gives the "Treasure hunter" effect.

Generally accepted is that blue enhances the drop rate of existing items within the pool whereas yellow introduces more drops into it (which are often filled with crap unless you're after seals from an NM).

Yellow = TH on craft mats / af upgrade materials.
Blue = TH on the "rare" drops.

Any way to avoid the charm from Mistlalaalaalala (Corse NM)? I heard of soloing him on RDM, but that seems to be the decisive bane in employing a solo strategy. He managed to perform the move from across the rock, so distance isn't a solution.

Distance is all you can do. Though tbh, i've solo/duod it probably a dozen times and never seen it use charm, so i wouldn't even worry about it.
